About me

“I want to help people learn to take charge of their own lives.”

Katya Kayuk is a practicing psychologist and coach with twenty years of experience, a guide to the game “Lila”, the author of courses and many practices.

My journey in working with people began in 2004. Over 20 years of practice, I have helped more than 5,000 clients solve various problems related to mental health, relationships, finances, self-esteem, personal growth and business. In my work I use psychoanalysis and an individual approach, taking into account the unique needs and characteristics of clients.

My approach: create a trusting atmosphere during the consultation, build a dialogue, and then build a route to solving the client’s request. We analyze, I predict and build logical chains with you, help you understand the problem. I explain the cause-and-effect relationships in detail and at the end of the first consultation we will find solutions.

Of course, to achieve the result of our work, we try a variety of psychological methods and techniques to find the most effective approach to each specific case.

What requests have been and are being made to me:

  • Relationships with people
Misunderstanding of others, People are annoying, I want to close myself off from everyone.
  • Emotions
Prolonged laziness and apathy, boredom, lack of energy, eternal fatigue and drowsiness.
  • Relationship with yourself
Lack of meaning in life, anger towards oneself; lack of understanding of oneself, one’s interests and needs; non-acceptance of oneself and one’s worth; stagnation in life, no development, lack of internal support and positioning, lack of personal boundaries, burnout.
  • Parents
Inability to take responsibility for your life, shifting responsibility to others, fear of loneliness, childhood weeds, life in an eternal race and haste, painful or cold relationships with parents, the syndrome of an achiever and always proving something to everyone.
  • Career/business
Devaluation of work, impostor syndrome, uninteresting own business, lack of prospects, inability to build relationships with colleagues, problems with concentration and productivity, fear of the future.
  • Personal life
Abusive relationships and ways to get out of them, lack of personal life, inability to build healthy and serious relationships, codependency.

New life is the basis of new actions and abandonment of the old. Therefore, if you want to learn to live, and not exist, to start a series of transformations of your attitudes and thinking, then start the changes with yourself. And I will help you with this. You should contact me for advice if you cannot independently cope with difficulties in any area of your life: health, love, money, business, family, career, spiritual growth, relationships with people and with yourself.
